Cooking tip of the day: When whipping cream, set aside a few tablespoons of cream. That way, if you accidentally overwhip the cream, you can save it. (Over-whipped cream will be very stiff and look almost chunky.)

If this happens, stop whipping, and add the liquid cream a tablespoon at a time, gently folding it in by hand with a flexible spatula. The whipped cream will smooth out and soften to the proper texture. Crisis averted. #SpoutibleCooks #SpoutibleFoodies #Cooking tip
