So I am in the process of relearning how to walk after losing my mobility for the past 3 years (FT wheelchair user since April 2023) and tonight was the first time I got down onto the ground, did some stretches and glute exercises, and then got back up.

Then did a long-ish (for me) unassisted walk!

Glutes and thighs are a little sore, but what I am able to do keeps expanding.

Although it is expanding at a much slower rate than I want it to.

There is the possibility of needing a second stent for May-Thurner Syndrome, so trying to get myself into better shape for the next one.

Because that back pain right after youve been stented is BRUTAL.

I think it wouldve been less brutal had I been able to get up and walk around more vs being in the wheelchair FT
