Researching different forms of supplements, and came across this interesting paper on ubiquinone vs ubiquinol:

TL;DR: I am going to save my money and get Ubiquinone. And preferably in a liquid form.

I next need to check out absorption rates at different dosages.

telling me that only 150 mg is absorbed at a time?

Online says that more is absorbed from a 100 mg serving vs a 200 mg serving.

Need to check up on that.

This seems at odds though with the survey that was done with #pwME showing that >200mg CoQ10 was most effective. Not sure if that was in
