Tofu, sugar snap peas & mushrooms in black garlic sauce. Sauce: Add 6 cloves black fermented garlic, 3 TBS oil , 3 TBS water, 2 TBS soy sauce, 1 TBS brown sugar to blender. Mix until smooth. Add to stir fried ingredients & toss for 1-2 minutes on med-high until sauce thick/sticky. #SpoutibleCooks

Tofu is so good. I know that's not its reputation but I just love the taste of it even straight from the package.

I like tofu too - it picks up the flavor of whatever you cook it in. I especially like it when stir fried until slightly crispy and tossed in some type of sticky sauce.
