I finally got the shoulder braising - I didn't feel up to cooking or eating Monday evening and Tuesday we had pink scallops in broth and rice noodles. too much rich food since the #Solstice ? red wine, chopped fennel and carrots, bay leaves and sage, green onion, and some parsley and tomato paste.
