The holy grail of fast weight loss but what are the long-term issues with it? Go off it and the weight'll come back. Weight loss was anecdotal and then it became an off label use. Too many ?s.

But are new suicidal thoughts actually worth the approximate 10% reduction in body weight? I have them and would strongly prefer the extra weight instead

I have severe osteoporosis at 62, because of my Quick weight loss strategies in my teens and 20s

I will continue the struggle, as I age and work my ass off to stay fit, rather than take a magic pill. I totally understand it helping those who truly need it, but those who need to shave 20 pounds or so do not…IMHO.

That's the one I keep thinking of.

Exercise and counting calories kind of suck, but they work for me, and there aren't the same kinds of risks (as long as I don't do too many Shaun T workouts and injure my knees or something).
