Ever find yourself in a slump and can't really conceive a way out of it? Yeah, I'm pretty much in that state these days. Low motivation, burned out, exhausted, and just generally depressed. Therapy and medication aren't doing anything to bump me out of it, so I'm riding the "low tide wave" for now.

I can relate to this feeling! My best remedy involves getting outside in nature, anyway possible. Plus deep breathing, over and over. Yoga stretches are good for this! And if you’ve never tried yoga, no one is too old to start. Even from seated there are good moves that would help chase the blues!

I usually try to get an hour or two out walking/moving around - just to avoid being caught in one place for too long. Yoga stretches are pretty solid, just sometimes apathy consumes the motivation to do much of anything. Thanks for the suggestions!
