For those are anti-death penalty for the Tops Supermarket killer in Buffalo or anti-death penalty in general?

Maybe you aren't familiar or interested in the stories behind the victims?

Take Ruth Whitfield for example.

86 years old.

She left her husband for the day, who she visited every single day who suffers from dementia, and went to Tops to get seeds for a garden her son build for her that previous Mother's Day.

He'll never see her again. And I've worked with the elderly with dementia.

Imagine having to tell him his wife isn't coming anymore and why? If you can?

But spare Peyton Gendron's life? Taking his life doesn't bring her back but that family deserves justice. And he would probably also if he could articulate it depending where he is with his condition.

💔....

I'm against capital punishment. I have moral and practical concerns. The practical concern is that if it's allowed in extreme cases, where do you draw the line? The argument always starts with a defendant who is guilty as hell, but the execution of less-guilty or not-guilty would be inevitable.

It's only inevitable if the laws aren't changed. What does sparring white supremacists who kill accomplish?
