Betting turnout will be low in NH. There are tons of mailers and TV ads here...but hardly any lawn signs. And not that I hang out with Republicans, but I haven't heard much if any talk about the primary.

Lastly, Biden and the Democrats raised $100 million at the end of 2023. The narrative that Democrats are in trouble is just simply false based on the data and the facts on the ground. If turnout is also low in New Hampshire, then it could be an early indicator that Republican enthusiasm is low.

Is New Hampshire in-person or mail voting?

In person. We have mail in, but it's excuse-only absentee ballots.

That's got to make voting more challenging for those who work, are disabled, and/or have family obligations. I'm in Oregon where it's 100% mail in. It makes voting so easy.

I wish we had that. I lived in OR for a bit a long time ago and they had that back then. It's a great model for making voting easy.

Now they automatically register you when you get your driver's license. My 17 year old (will be 18 by November) is all ready to vote and didn't have to anything. It makes turn out much higher.

Everywhere should do it that way.
