I could never find UNflavored instant oatmeal. Now I've found it and it's great. I add pecans, brown sugar, maple syrup, and chopped apples. And add milk at the table. Oh yum. (My husband's cholesterol level dropped because of it yay). Oh and don't forget a tiny pinch of salt.
