As far as I can tell, I've only ever received one email from Spoutible - a confirmation when I submitted a trouble ticket. Which is weird, I always keep the confirmation/welcome email when I join something or change a password.

The only other immediate thought is to verify the correct address in your Spoutible settings. I might even advise to check both in the app and on the web. If that's correct, then I'd advise opening a ticket.
