In response to Linda Eisenstein.
Back in '95 when I was in Cleveland, I remember when I had a day to kill and spent it at the museum I was entranced by a huge painting. Of course, now I can't remember the artist. I think it was something like Anselm. Let me google. [googlies] Yes, Anselm Kiefer! I couldn't peel myself away from it.

The painting was Lot's Wife. I have stared it it 30 minutes at a time, over and over.

I went to the Anselm Kiefer Retrospective at MOMA & was so blown away I had Bob meet me in NYC so he could see it, too. Probably my most memorable museum exhibition ever.
