Why would any woman live in a state where they cannot get a divorce if they are pregnant? Yes, that is what is happening in Missouri, with no exception for domestic violence.
Don't believe me, Google it.

Why?
1. Most married people don't make residence decisions based on risk of divorce
2. Economic, familial, career, educational, military service, etc constraints
3. Economic, familial, etc resources
4. They very well know the pros & cons of living where they live and, for them, the pros win. Choice!

Because maybe, just maybe they don't have the resources you seem to have. There are more reasons than you seem able to conjure why someone might live in a particular state. You know you're condemning women and girls to this horror when you behave this way, right?

What resources do I have that I am not aware of. I am 78 years old and live on Social Security below the poverty level. I live where I live because I can get healthcare here when I couldn't get it on the mainland and I took my meager savings years ago an bought a dilapidated home/
