I figured out why I'm feeling lightheaded all the time. (I probably didn't mention it) Its my glasses. I take them off and the lightheadedness goes away after about ten minutes. It gets really bad when I'm reading with them. Could my prescription be wrong?

I'd schedule an eye appointment. I have run into similar. How long has it been since your eyes were last checked?

I've only been wearing glasses for the first time ever since the end of last summer (2023). Maybe they didn't get the prescription right from the beginning.

Your brain has to get used to new glasses, and if you're taking them on and off, then it's harder to adjust. Once it has adjusted, it takes 30mins for your depth perception to normalize each time you put on/take off bc the lens on your glasses isn't in the same place as the lens on your eyeball.

Or your glasses need adjusting. It should be done on the regular.

Or you're not used to them. 🤷‍♀️

Your eye doctor may be of help.

That's what I would do, anyway. I'm not an optometrist. 🙂
