During a recent chat with my PT, he called me resilient.

Huh.

I’m used to seeing myself as challenged and struggling, stamina-wise. Maybe it’s all the breath work I’ve been doing for the last two months (and counting), but I’m starting to see resilience in a new light.

It's not just about sticking to strict routines every single day, or about having consistently better results every day. It’s not about never having symptoms again.

Today resilience looks like being perfectly OK with the days where I can’t do as much because of this or that a joint or body part or condition being activated. I don’t have to judge that.

Instead I can just take another breath deep in my belly and relax and move onto the next one.

Maybe this idea applies to business too. What have you noticed about your own resilience? Leave a comment or message me.
