I need help. Evidently my VPN on my laptop is being blocked by Spoutible? My android is working, James' laptop is working? I have no fucking clue? We both are connected to the same wifi out here in the boondocks. Talk to me like I'm two.

I think it’s a bug and they must be working on some things on the back end that are throwing other things out of whack.
I was having the same problem for a short while and then it resolved itself. Be patient is crappy advice, but that’s all I got.

It appears that the site's Cloudfare security is more stringent. It's probably temporary. My guess (pure speculation) is that Spoutible is tweaking its security via Cloudfare, or Spoutible is fending off an attack today, or Cloudfare is having issues that are affecting Spoutible.

I sure hope you're correct Lil. All other responses I have no idea what they mean??? Super frustrating to be so ignorant about computer issues.

You need to turn off the VPN for Spoutible if the VPN can do whitelists. Or as I did, keep refreshing the VPN connection until it attaches to a new IP address that is not on the Bot block list. Yes this is SUPER annoying.

Thanks so much for responding. Have no fucking clue where to even find another VPN?? So frustrating to be computer illiterate.

If your VPN offers Split-Tunneling you can assign/remove apps from the VPN on a case by case basis.
So you don't have to turn it off for Spoutible, Primevideo, etc.

Just started working for me on Chrome.

Other had found that other browsers would work.

I could get in on my phone via the Android app but not on the web.

I had the same problem. I just tried again--for the fourth time--and it worked.

I've been waiting since 6AM. Had to use hubby's laptop for my time in the booth at SpoutingClassics.
