I’ve been thinking about this a lot. Biden has to restrict his access primarily because TFG is under indictment for crimes related to national security. He cannot be allowed to learn of the changes made after he stole classified information.

Every time we get to another milestone where P01135809 is abusing laws like this. I seriously ask myself…”Would we even be having this conversation if Obama was the president in this situation?”

Better yet, they should plant false info and see where it ends up.

Oh, I like this. A counter intelligence op under the auspices of his briefings as a candidate. Given how desperate he is for $$ right now...

At the very least, he should get a fancy presentation of all the stuff that's in the public domain anyway. He would never know the difference.

In my mind the trial for the stollen (sp) secret documents should take place before he is given access. Innocence presumed should be established in court. That being said, come on Jack Smith! Home run son!

And if it is decided that presidents can do whatever they want, Biden can decide right now to throw him in prison (or whatever else he decides) for the crimes he’s committed.

How do you know that President Biden can restrict Donald Trump's access to national security briefings?

He didn't seem to be able to do that for four years either. Although he may be slightly more panicked now.
