Yup. It also doesn't mean he can be seated in office in January even if he manages to win. Running and being qualified for office are two different things, based on the SCOTUS arguments I listened to.

I still plan on being pro-active with GOTV, but in my heart of hearts, plus by doing the math, I don't think he'll win, and then he'll really be in trouble.

This. With the RNC hemorrhaging money for Stinky Cheetolini's legal woes it means less resources for other bad candidates. If the Dems keep the Senate without Manchin and Sinema and regain the House, then they can expand the SCOTUS and pass the John Lewis Voting Right Act to outlaw gerrymandering.
