I haven't had a cigarette since Feb 13th. I thought it would be easier by now. I REALLY REALLY want a smoke rn!!!😣

It's surprising how quickly a few days becomes a few weeks, months & then years.
I postponed my next cigarette for a day & daily put it off, 33 years ago. From 30 a day to zero, I'm no better than you, so if I can , you can.
Maybe put the daily cigarette spend in a savings account & plan a holida

Thanks for the encouragement! One reason I quit was bc of the expense. So yeah, maybe I can save a little $$ now! A trip to the beach would be awesome.

lolz I've quit many times as well! Trying hard to make it stick this time. I just wish the urges would diminish already!
