My predictions on a dysfunctional RNC:

The primary role of the RNC is to provide financial support, strategic guidance, and resources to Republican candidates at all levels of government. If the RNC is in chaos and strapped for cash, it will struggle to offer adequate support to its candidates.

A weakened RNC will make it easier for Democratic candidates and organizations to outspend and outmaneuver Republicans in key races, particularly in swing states and competitive districts. This will lead to losses in closely contested House, Senate, and state-level races.

The presidential election will be directly affected. The RNC plays a crucial role in mobilizing voters, funding advertising, and coordinating with the presidential campaign for logistics and strategy. Without a functional RNC, Trump will face challenges in building an effective national campaign.

Organizational chaos often exacerbates existing divisions within a party. For the GOP, this will intensify conflicts between different factions, including establishment figures and Trump loyalists. Such divisions will lead to a lack of unity and a weakened overall strategy heading into November.

A chaotic and financially struggling RNC will erode confidence among grassroots supporters and major donors alike. This will lead to reduced contributions and lower volunteer engagement, further hampering the GOP's election efforts.

I would also like to note that beyond the 2024 election, severe issues within the RNC will have long-lasting effects on the party's infrastructure, talent pipeline, and future electoral competitiveness. Rebuilding trust, financial health, and organizational stability will take years.

Money grab? Always. As far as the election, I would assume that no matter how badly he gets beaten.. he will pull the same old “stolen” BS. Or there is some plan in place to strong arm his way into office. In one of his hate rallys he’s said “ don’t worry about voting, we’ve already got the votes”
In response to Pamela B'well.

The plan starts of with RNC's focus on 'election integrity.'

"The lawyers will initiate a battle on election integrity from an offensive instead of defensive posture.” (Chris LaCivita, newly instated RNC Chief of Staff)
Chief counsel will be Charlie Spies, an experienced GOP lawyer.

They seem so confident - it makes me very suspicious with the visit from Orbán, all the focus on Putin, and many other state-related happenings. He has to lose.

The Rs resigning left and right confuse me.

Either they see a Blue wave coming and don’t t want to be around for their comeuppance..🤞🏻🤞🏻

Or… they know something really nasty is coming, something so bad that even Rethuglicans don’t
want to be associated with it. Think how bad that could be.

Yeah, don't buy that last bit of rhetoric for a second. He's bluffing with an empty hand that the Long Goodbye has convinced him is a straight flush.

And sure, he'll say it's stolen when he loses. But who among the people are going to believe him or even care?
