Should President Biden allow Trump to receive intelligence briefings, considering that he faces 37 criminal charges for mishandling classified national security documents?

No

Biden is not legally obligated to.

But if he did, I would direct that TFF be briefed verbally, no recording at all, and any documents fully accounted for and leaves with the briefer under guard.

Humiliate the fucker by making the conditions public

Absolutely not.

Although, were I in Biden's position, I'd be tempted to give him "briefings" full of false information, knowing he'd likely pass it on to Vlad and Bin Salman.

We all know the answer is an obvious 'no', but what can be done to stop it?

Heather cox Richardson on her fb politics chat on Tuesday reminded us that it is not law that they get briefings. Just custom. And tfg did NOT allow Biden to get them because he is a 💩

I think he HAS to, but nothing says he can't redact every word longer than two letters...

Only if they are held on the top floor of somewhere, the elevator isn't working, & donnie has to attend in person accompanied by a single SS agent.

From Reuters in November, 2020, after the election: "A handful of Republican senators have urged the Trump administration to allow Biden to receive presidential daily intelligence briefings, which the president-elect traditionally receives before taking office."

Trump is not President-elect,

Absolutely not.

Edited to add: or, alternatively, give him false briefings to see where that info turns up or how fast he shares it at one of his word salad rallies.
