The judge ruled Fani Willis can remain on the case if Nathan Wade removes himself.

Trump's lawyers are already filing an appeal. She needs to step down and let another prosecutor from her office oversee the matter, with the confidence of the court, and no defense distractions. Otherwise this will drag on forever with appeals

She absolutely should not let them get away with destroying her reputation and career! She should vociferously defend herself from all trumped up (literally) attacks. There’s nothing here, the judge knew it & ruled accordingly. This is no more or than the smearing they are attempting against Biden.

You obviously haven't read the judgement or understand how the perception of impropriety works in criminal trials.
The judge recommended that the state bar look into this case.
All she had to do to avoid all of this was not hire the man she was dating to be part of the prosecutorial team.

Explain to me the impropriety you see. Anyone can say any shit, and as we saw, they will. Sometimes a judge will let them say it publically instead of in chambers.

If every lawyer smeared by courthouse gossip should be removed.. we will run out of lawyers.

It's not the impropriety that I saw, it was the impropriety that the judge saw. And he saw that hiring ones boyfriend to help prosecute the ex- president is an ethics violation. Which led to his decision against her prosecution team

So, that's not really what he said.

YOU are the one claiming she's being treated as above the law. Clearly, you are unwilling to be moved from that position, for whatever reason.

I'll bow out of this discussion with you at this point.

No you are the one that wants Willis to be above the law. The judges ruling clearly stated there is an ethics issue and ruled accordingly.
Ignoring the ethics only helps Trump. But you do you
