I totally agree no one should be regulating what I read.
I discovered public libraries at age 9, taking out the allowed 14 books every two weeks.
I own and have read many of the banned books.
I will be passing them on to my grandchildren who have a keen interest in reading.

Good suggestion about card catalog access.We have that here already because we can check out ebooks. I would like to see schools send reading lists to parents.Those parents who reject a book, their kid can select another book the parent approves.But don’t kill it for all kids. I am outraged by this.
