Iron disregulation is an issue in LongCovid and in MECFS. It doesn't always solve the problem for everyone, but it's worth it to try - especially, if you're able to catch it right after a covid19 infection.
Had covid19? Get your iron and ferritin levels checked.

It's a very tricky nutrient... Absolutely should be monitored by a doctor and regular checkups are needed.

Not too many people get their ferritin levels checked on a yearly basis. All women , esp menstruating women should have Ferritin levels checked on a yearly basis just for baseline info.
