We created a game called CIVIO A Civil Rights Game and I think people who play it could come up with other constitutional reasons why the right to abortion DOES exist in the Constitution! Justice Brown Jackson has a copy!

Unless state is the one doing the "bondage", difficult to argue you are in servitude to a person when you argue a fetus is not a person.
9th Amd might be a better path.
Right to privacy and autonomy would be covered by it.

But the state *is* the one doing the bondage. By outlawing abortion, they are *requiring* a woman to carry a fetus to term, i. e., using her body without her permission. Bondage...
