"Women spend 25% more years in bad health than men. Closing this gap could save the world economy $1tn a year by 2040."
– BBC TV show Quite Interesting (FB & Xitter)

Those behind the U.S. healthcare system have no intention of saving money. They are taking as much wealth as possible from the sick.

Republicans WANT the poor and lower middle classes to DIE as young as POSSIBLE. That way less $ gets spent on Social Security, MEDICAID & MEDICARE. They want minorities especially to die young. If they wanted people to have preventative care, poor areas wouldn’t have food desserts for one thing!

I believe it's more to do with the for-profit healthcare system than a hatred of the poor. Preventive medicine means less sick people, hence less opportunity to extract $$ from the masses.

Combined with healthcare insurance, which drives up cost of use, the US system works against public health.

We have a for profit healthcare system in large part BECAUSE OF hatred of the poor. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yep, we ordinary mudsills are expendable. They always bloviate on bootstraps and all that B.S. but always make sure the opportunities are limited. Only the privileged class of the patriarchy should have any advantages. Some things refuse to go away. It's time to change that!
