I made cabbage casserole and renamed it, why not. Here's cabbarole. Shredded salted cabbage in a sauce of eggs, yogurt, flour, baking powder, cornstarch, black pepper, grated Cheddar cheese on top. Baked 55 mins 350°f.
Pretty good as a side, or for me, the main event.
