I’m starting to feel a little scared with all the talk (especially on Twitter) of Jewish people leaving the Democratic Party. I’ve even seen some Jewish people with blue checks say that Donald would be better, or push RFK JR as an option. We can’t have four more years of Donald.

As I tried to explain to my friend on Twitter why the Rabbi talking politics is dangerous,, I could tell I was just making her angry, so I backed off. It’s one thing to register as an independent but another to mix politics and religion in ANY capacity.

There is a literal truckload of polling data that should allay your fears. We vote Democratic about 70% of the time. Also we are ~2% of the population and mostly don’t live in swing states. There is no conceivable way our demographic could swing a Presidential election.

I was never aware of those numbers. Blue checks who identify as Jewish are posting daily that Democrats can’t win without them. Makes me wonder if they are lying about being Jewish and/or being paid by musk or someone else.

Don’t wish to speculate on other people’s motives; but Pew is good source to check facts on party affiliation and voting trends based on a wide variety of factors. It also helps that I’m a born political junkie and Jewish. This why I like @Spoutible . We just met and had constructive exchange😊.
