I do a 4x4x4: Breathe in to the count of 4, breathe out to the count of 4, for a total of 4 times.

It's just enough to break free and relax for a moment.

Nice! I like this version better than the box breathing 4x4 where the instruction is to hold your breath for 4 seconds at the top and bottom of the breath. Thank you for sharing this!
