Did a dumbbell workout yesterday and a 180 bpm treadmill run this morning. Trying to lock that 180 cadence into muscle memory. I have a little DOMS from Tuesday’s weight workout. That’s a good thing.

I just started working out again after YEARS of atrophe (hip injury on top of apparent congenital structural anomaly making mobility tough). First dumbbell workout was Monday. No DOMS yet as was just low weight to check form/agility. Looking forward to that feeling!
