Staying up as late as possible the same day, and overnight if you are able, also helps to reduce traumatic memories. Delaying sleep means fewer memories get moved to long term storage. 💕

That never worked for me. I still remember the time I didn’t sleep for almost 36 hours to finish some orders when I worked for my brother.

The aftermath of that led me to not talk to him for years. And I remember all of what happened before, during, and after.

Copious alcohol works, though.
