These have 100 grams of flour each, 75% hydration, 2 hours bulk ferment and 20 minutes proof, they're about a foot long and 2 inches wide, and I let them go for 20 minutes at 450 F. For whatever reason these ones came out a tad less done than usual, but they're still crusty outside and chewy inside.
