I genuinely was not aware this was even in the works. Does any one know if there are any other state AGs working on similar fake electors plot cases besides the ones already known (Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, and now Arizona)?

New Mexico says they can't be charged because they added a statement on the document that said it was only submitted to be used in case Trump won a lawsuit.

In New Mexico and Pennsylvania, fake electors added a caveat saying the certificate was submitted in case they were later recognized as duly elected, qualified electors.

In Pennsylvania, they may escape prosecution because they added wording on their documents saying it only applied if a lawsuit won for Trump.

So basically - we did try to do it, but it only counts if the judicial branch is cool with it'.
Our entire democracy hangs on a fulcrum that is a branch of the government that was stuffed by Mitch McConnell and his ilk with conservative activists pretending to be Judges.

WE MUST VOTE BLUE IN 2024.

Wisconsin, New Mexico & Pennsylvania are three other of the seven states where a fake elector list documents were signed.

1/ Wisconsin fake electors settled a civil suit. A federal criminal case may yet happen there.

Thanks for all the info Deb. I haven’t delved into the Wisconsin settlement because… waving hands around… it’s an insane amount of litigation. But I’m going in to read this one to see if the civil settlement resulted in state criminal charges being dropped.

Part 2 - We may not know what happening behind the scenes.
‘There is no known criminal investigation ongoing in Wisconsin. Democratic Attorney General Josh Kaul has signaled that he is relying on federal investigators to look into what happened in Wisconsin, while also not ruling out a state probe.’

Pretty sure Wisconsin is. Especially considering that one of the fraudsters runs the State Republican Party.

PA was one of those states, but there's a bit of a difference in this situation, explained in this article:
