Ads presented to you are controlled by Google, not by Spoutible.

One way to control the type of ads you see is by going to this Google site and exploring how to modify your ad preferences (for all Google ads, not just the ones here).

Please Mr. @cbouzy , I know advertising is important, but can you please make it possible for us not to see fascist ads? AfD is a fascist party from Germany and it hurts my soul to have to watch history repeat itself.

Another way to stop a specific ad is to look for this symbol in an ad you don't like. Clicking on it will bring up a menu where you can provide feedback about the ad you're seeing.

The feedback won't remove the ad immediately, but if you do it a few times, Google eventually takes the hint.

Please note that some ads do not allow for providing feedback. They have this symbol, without the 'X'. Clicking this just gives you some information about why this ad was shown.

I haven't seen anything truly offensive that didn't allow for feedback, but your mileage may vary.
