#Spoutories #accuse

I used to accuse myself of being lazy when I'd spend 2-3 days hanging out in a recliner, playing games. I've learned that I'm wired for spurts of intense activity, some of it emotionally draining, and my batteries need recharging through solitude. If I don't? I get sick, 100%.

Thanks for this…I’m the same way and I always thought I was just procrastinating but I get so much done in spurts. I like your language better.

It helps to identify your way of accomplishing things and what you need to do to sustain yourself. We aren't all wired the same way. My dad "procrastinated" with every sermon just like I did with school papers but I need to find the organizing principle before I start.
