I was concerned that this little guy would #tear our porch screen, but luckily for all of us, he did not.

Squirrels here tore a small hole in 2 screens. Started throwing some bird feed onto the yard. Worked so far.

We throw bird food in the back yard too. We can’t have feeders due to the bear population. This was the only time I saw a squirrel hanging onto the screen.

They are! now that I think of it, probably comes from my grandmother, who passed on all sorts of stories (many false) to mom. Grandma hated snakes most of all, even the good ones. Thank goodness not so many of those stories stayed with me.

Seems to me, that’s how so many kinds of hate get passed down. Generation to generation.

My mom hates squirrels and other rodents. I am not even sure why.

Someone my husband used to work with also does. I think they’re so much fun. 🥰

I was quite surprised when I looked up from my book and saw him hanging there. 😀
