and for those who don't know 43 is still of reproductive age. In fact - it's an automatic high risk pregnancy bc of age.

Menopause doesn't come until 50s-60s. I feel this needs to be said bc we have a society of children that think once a woman hits 40 her ovaries dry up.

I got pregnant at 46 & miscarried. Got pregnant again at 47 & had a healthy 8 lb baby. I could not use IVF or any form of fertility treatment to get pregnant 'cause I'd had breast cancer at 42 (two surgeries & rad therapy, but no chemo). So, yes, with or w/o IVF women can have babies in their 40s!
