medication and completely off blood pressure meds. Being able to move without pain gave me my life back. Even though I'm currently dealing with a different injury, being under 200 pounds feels SO good! Such a great mental health boost.

In response to Alexander Nevrmind.
Exercise (a lot of walking) and eating better. Not "dieting" but eating healthier (I enjoy cooking). I also completely cut soda (including diet) out of my life.

Also, no more late night munchies in bed. That was BIG. I used to double my calories snacking in bed, watching TV.
