Tummy bulge out. Hold breath and do it 5 times. Talk to a friend. Investigate calming sounds. Eat something luxurious. Cry for 3 minutes. There’s a million things. Important to limit demands by interspersing 3-5 minutes just for you. Your breath, health, luxury, fun, 🤩 doing nada. ❤️
