I have to admit I don't like chocolate and I actually eat a bit now and then for health reasons!! I've been asked if I'm sure I'm a human being.

Dark chocolate (70% or higher) may boost heart health due to its abundance of flavonoids, which can prevent blood clots and lower blood pressure. (Can't argue with that 😁 )

That's funny. I don't care for most chocolate things myself. Hubby does. I'll drink hot chocolate and tolerate dark chocolate maybe at the 50% level. Otherwise it's a bit much. No chocolate cake or brownies, though.
