For dessert this evening I made coconut panna cotta with blackberry sauce, strawberry mousse, mango popping pearls, pistachios, edible flowers, mint leaves, & lemon zest. I also made a modeling chocolate/dark chocolate covered puffed quinoa blackberry for the top of the panna cotta. 😊 #dessert
In the corner of the plate is the coconut panna cotta. On the edge closest to the outside of the plate is blackberry sauce in a semi circle. Completing the circle is a section of chopped pistachios. On top of the panna cotta are 2 edible flowers, one purple and one orange. There's also some lemon zest, 2 mango popping pearls, and a blackberry I made out of modeling chocolate and dark chocolate covered puffed quinoa. I dusted it in purple food coloring dust to give it some color. Some mint leaves are on top of it, to help it look more like a blackberry. On the rest of the plate are scattered dollops of strawberry mousse, blackberry sauce, and mango popping pearls.
