Bot Sentinel scores are updated weekly, and they go up and down. My score went up 2 points. If your score is under 50%, then you are fine.

A #Spoutible conundrum? My % score started heading upward on a day I mostly echoed people's spouts. But we are being encouraged to echo, not to just like, since there is no algorithm driving engagement. This could eventually dissuade me from echoing if the upward % trend continued.

If you do nothing but echo, are you engaging? Maybe replying more or posting your own original content would moderate that uptick. Experiment and find out, I guess.
Having a low Bot Sentinel score shouldn't be the whole point of anyone's Spoutible experience.

I agree with you, actually. I spent my 1st few months on Spoutible posting content, commenting on others' posts, trying to engage. Got burnt out. Wasn't going to let the score affect my Spouting, but was saying it could eventually affect me. Saw it happen to others, so thot it merited mentioning.

I did, actually. I totally understand that anything under 50% is OK. My concern started with seeing a number of people go over 50 whose activity was quite benign, along with noticing that echoing seems to increase my score (yet we are being urged to echo). Want to help stop good people from leaving.
