I work with many students who experience differences/disabilities and whose families have had to battle nonstop with public schools in order to receive appropriate educational services. This SCOTUS ruling will make schools work harder on behalf of students with IEPs. That’s a win.

I have an Autistic son. He is now a sophomore in college. Unfortunately, the fighting never stops because now he is an adult. He's also an advocate. Let's just say not too many people like me from his school district. I'm neurodivergent. I was not having it. ♾️💜 I'm glad the students have you💜

I'm kind of shocked this was unanimous, but this is overall a good thing for students who qualify for services under ADA/IDEA.
