I didn't know of its existence until today, super nutritive, looks a little like arugula, perfect for salads if you're bored of using lettuce 💚

I’ve seen it mentioned in books but never thought to find out more. My grandmother (Nepalese) used to do a bit of foraging back in Darjeeling. Stinging nettle soup was a specialty. Have seen another weed she used to cook in Melbourne. Don’t know what is called, and haven’t been game to eat it!
