I've never tried overnight oats because I prefer my oatmeal hot, but this looks interesting. What are your thoughts? #SpoutibleCooks .

Interesting. My husband soaks oats and a little salt overnight in half-and-half and then slowly cooks it in evaporated milk over very low heat for an hour. I eat it with pumpkin spices, canned pears, and fresh berries.

Very interesting! So it's overnight oats that are warmed?

Sort of, I guess. It's just his method of cooking oatmeal, soaking it overnight first. He's from England, so it's probably his gran's recipe. lol
