We’re winding up this feisty #SpoutWar . Last call to say why you also agree that cereal is a soup.

Cases close and judgement rendered today, High Noon, US/Pacific time.

And it begins.

ONE, TWO, THREE, FOUR, I declare a #SpoutWar !

==================================
Cereal IS TOO a soup.

Better come prepared on this one. I've done my homework.

Your Honor, we would also like to point out that prosecution keeps using the metric system when spelling the word "judgment." Therefore, we request that porridge be reinstated as soup.

Oh crap. It's 11:56. In summation, your Honor, we have learned many interesting and sometimes valuable pieces of information from these proceedings. Based upon these findings, we conclude that soup must be either (a) boiled or (b) savory. Thus, cereal is not soup.

The court is *most* impressed with elitely gorgeous Minnie's ninja-like "sneak-in-the-testimony-just-at-the-last-second" technique.

However, as there are plenty of soups that are not boiled, as well as plenty of soups that are sweet not savory, we must focus solely on the impressive technique.

The way I have my cereal, it's more of a moistened stew. Adorned with berries.
