We had to permanently suspend someone for anti-trans rhetoric. If you spout anti-trans rhetoric, there will not be second or third chances; you will be suspended permanently. This is not Twitter, and you know the rules.

For clarification,
Would a report of/comment on
1. the World Athletics deciding to ban post-puberty transwomen from female categories
2. trans' supporter attacks on folk like JK Rowling or EJ Rosetta
3. the SNP Leadership debate on self-identity for 16+ transpeople
be an infringement?

Calling out transphobes does not equal anti-trans rhetoric nor are they attacks. If you identify them as attacks that's because you are anti-trans. Those of which you speak are anti-trans. They need to be called out for their inhumane treatment of the Trans community. Being inhumane is an attack.

Calling someone transphobic is not the same as wishing someone dead or raped (passive attack) or even threatening their life/safety (active attack) and both Rawlings and Rosetta have reported receiving such messages.

Threats are never a good thing. That being said, if you as an anti-trans person continue to be abusive towards the Trans folks, then you create the problem by targeting them. Stop being a transphobe and try humanity. Being kind is easy. Being transphobic is abusive.

You might try rewording your original query into something more coherent, because at this point, the transphobic community is the aggrieved party in your argument.
