Here are the survey results:

1. Users don't want to change the ratings.

2. Most users don't want sexually explicit content.

3. Users want an app and more news on the website.

4. Half of the users love the platform, but there is room for improvement.

5. 20% would pay for more features.

That's actually an exceptional sample size for a survey. Generally speaking, to get a broad sample base, you want around 10% of users, where 10% does not exceed 1000 total respondents. 8000 far exceeds 1000 users and is more than enough to get a sense of what the general Spoutible user group wants.

Actually the numbers he's quoting are in line with marketing survey response levels. From my decades in working in marketing groups in various corps.

As an educator w/ 13+ years exp. teaching college writing & research skills, I consulted a variety of sources & compared info to find a consensus on what sample size statisticians consider to be optimal, then summarized my findings. Glad to know your quick Google search confirms what I learned. :-)
