Good Wednesday morning. I can really use good vibes. My husband has a chance for a new position. This would be less physical for him. He's terrified because he'll be starting over at 53 years old. I don't think that's too old for a new job. What do y'all think?

I had many jobs before retiring. Each one taught me something I needed for the next one, even though I didn't know it at the time. Tell him that he is much more experienced now, which makes it easier to deal with the change.

Good luck to him.

My husband is a mechanic. He's been talking about changing jobs for yrs. He'll be 50 on Monday & he's been afraid to take the plunge.
We have really good insurance through his work which is the only reason he's still there.
I think it's brave of your husband to go for what he wants! Good luck 👍
