Dear chefs everywhere:

Please stop putting so much SALT in/on everything. It doesn’t make it taste better. It just makes it intolerably salty.

I’d really like to taste my food. I’d really like to experience another flavor besides SALT!!!

We just went out to eat and the red curry was soooooo salty I couldn’t finish. The waiter acted as if I were being an a-hole because I said it was too salty.

We used to eat here all the time but they have a new chef who thinks salt = flavor.

Finding another Thai restaurant.

I am with you 100%. I'm not a fan of salt and use it very sparingly in my cooking. I rarely eat out partly for this reason. I just don't enjoy the food when it's over salted.
My rule of thumb with a new recipe is to halve or leave out the salt and adjust next time
